Maybe I didn't wear it long enough, but it didn't seem to work for me.

slimming down with sweat! May 17, 2010
I was looking a trimming belt but didn't know which one to get. I just recently had a baby and still have lots of excess fat around my waist from that wonderful experience. I looked at the reviews of many different belts and this one caught my eye due to a recent review giver saying she was in my similar situation and bought this belt and lost an inch in the first week. I bought this belt up and am thankful I did!! I have worn it during every work out (4 days a week, 30+ min of high impact cardio) and have already lost 3 inches on my waist and 1 inch around my "pouch" (for lack of a better word)!!! Thank you so much Danskin for this wonderful product!! oooo and the best part - its really thin so I wear it with tank tops and tighter t-shirts and it is not noticeable at all! - I also wear mine backwards to get a little more coverage in my needed areas (from just above my belly button to just above my pelvic bone!

This belt has become a key part of my outfit for my daily morning workouts (elliptical machine and weights). I feel like it contributes to helping control the size of my waist, but I'm positive that wearing the belt (under my t-shirt) helps me work up a good, purifying sweat.

I'm so impressed about how it really rose my body temperature during cardio. I have never sweat so much before. Best thing is unlike other belts, it stays in place and is super comfortable. Beyond pleased.

My girlfriend uses this in the gym daily while running and working out. She said she forgets it's there most of the (fits nicely under her gym clothes) time isn't bothered by it even when she's doing abs. She's noticed she sweats harder when it's on too.
