 Very weak steam cleaner Jul 26, 2010
Too weak, pressure won't last for even a minute, wasting time on pressure build up. Poor customer service.
I'll recommend anyone who need a steam cleaner buy a more durable one.

Quite a little workhorse. Works excellently. It's small enough and light enough that I can use it even with arthritic hands. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Useless steam cleaner Jul 09, 2010
A very weak steamer, not for any serious cleaning, steam used up in ~15min and need to wait for cool down befor adding another load.
Want to return it but seller's customer service is terrible, saying I'm not buying form their comapny and not willing to accept return, need to speak with the Amazon customer service in order to deal with them. In addition, they will apply restocking fees as well.
Suggestion: pay couple more bucks to get a decent steam cleaner

Bought a new one, got a used one! See pictures. Rust on lid screw, white spots on steamer. Came with all pictured parts. Brush looked okay. It spits water out all over the place, and no light to show you when it is ready. You have to press the button to see if steam comes out. Scunci parts don't fit on it. Had the floor mop and 4 brushes, can't use them. Paid $6 shipping. Don't buy from Greenleaf or DBroth, they sent me a used one! If you use a sponge with it to clean up the water, hand held steam cleaners do clean up okay. Don't know how long this one will last, but the Scunci gave up after a few months. Don't know how old the one they sent me was and don't know why they sent me a used one! Buy from Amazon if possible, they let you return it at no shipping charge or will resend you a new one.
Doesn't Work Jun 03, 2010
I had a shark hand held steamer prior to this one, and this came with my steam mop so I was anxious to see the difference. This thing is so useless, the steam isn't even hot. My shark handheld steamer I would use to clean the grout in my tile, or my stove and it would work fine. This item I can put the steam on my hand and it isn't even hot so no wonder nothing was getting clean, this to me was a complete waste of money.
