 2 caveats Jul 01, 2010
I've been using this ball as a computer chair since it arrived a few days ago. Really feeling it from my abs down to the tips of my toes.
Two not so great things about the ball are (1) the material it's made of bonds to paint if it touches a painted surface for a few hours and (2) it is extremely difficult to remove the air plug when you need/want to adjust the air pressure. The latter especially is a design flaw I hope the company addresses.

This is a great investment if you are looking into working your core muscles. Using the exercises listed here ([...]) in conjunction with plenty of cardio training and cutting down on fast foods & fatty foods, you get great results fast!

I ordered the black 75cm Exercise Ball over 1 month ago. They delivered a white ball. I sent it back at my expense. I am still hopeful of receiving my replacement black ball, which I ordered in the first place, but have not yet received the ball or any communication from the vendor.

I received the ball in a different color from what I ordered. When I contacted the seller, they were incredibly helpful and fast. They shipped the right ball at no charge and allowed me to keep the first one. Amazing! Highly recommended! Thanks Marilena!

Great Work Out May 24, 2010
I bought this for my desk at work. It is the perfect height and allows me to get in sets of sit ups all day long. I may actually get rid of this gut! It's very durable. I am on it up to 8 hours a day and it is holding up well.
