This is my favorite blanket ever! It is so warm yet so light weight and looks fantastic. It can almost be used as a bed cover with some tossed decorative pillows and you would have a beautiful look. I am so very happy I came across this blanket. Wish they had it in red. I purchased the dark brown color and it looks rich, feels so very soft and while it is warm it is a very light weight on. Can't say enough about this product. You will be happy too!

Finally, A Great Summer Blanket Jun 08, 2010
During the winter we sleep under a duvet - warm and cozy. However, we need something comfortably lightweight for the summer months. I scoured every home accessory and linen store, surfed the web and couldn't find anything. When I found this blanket on Amazon I sent for it out of desperation. When I saw it I realized that it filled all our requirements; lightweight, very attractive, simple to wash and very luxurious to the touch. I ended up buying a second one and will probably want to buy it for guest beds as well.

Bought this blanket as a summertime blanket. It is well made, light, but not too light. Wondered if it was worth it paying a little more, but went with the reviews and I am happy with my purchase. Good quality.

The fabric is top quality; has a nice feel and makes a nice three season cover.

I am not impressed. I ordered this because it was made in Portugal - that I like, not China. But this is very thin. If you need any warmth, this is not the one. More like a thicker sheet. Not worth the money.
